I truly appreciate your interest in wholesaling with me. Before I give you a quick rundown of how I wholesale, I want to list are a few important policies and things to note. It will help you understand how my line sheet works and why I cannot deviate from it.
I work with raw brass and natural stones. Brass will naturally develop a patina (darken) over time. You can easily keep your items bright and shiny by giving them a quick buff with a jeweler’s polishing cloth. Please remember, my items handmade and may contain natural stones. So, no two items will ever be identical. Please expect some minor variances.
I keep a finished or partially finished inventory in constant process in order to quickly fill your orders. For this reason, I can't deviate from my line sheet to fill wholesale orders. You may find some other items on my website. Unfortunately, I cannot offer wholesale pricing on anything not listed in the WHOLESALE SECTION of my website.
My wholesale section consists of complimentary pieces that are designed to be mixed and matched. A few items in the wholesale section are studio staples; others are seasonal. Something might disappear and reappear if I need to restock. The entire collection is wonderful and I hope your customers will love it!
Note: Your order must come to these totals AFTER the discount code is applied and does not include shipping charges. If your order does not meet the $150 first order minimum or $100 reorder minimum your order will not be accepted.
When will my order ship?
In approximately 1-3 business days, less if I'm not super-busy! Very large orders may take longer. No worries, any orders that do not fall under these lead times will be immediately notified (via email) after the order is placed.
What's your shipping method?
USA Retailers: Shipping is via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail for $15 and ships from Dallas, Texas.
International Retailers: Shipping is via USPS First Class International and will be calculated at the time your order is received, based on total weight. I do declare the full price paid on items in packages that go through customs. You are solely responsible for all customs fees. So, please check with your local customs agency prior to purchasing.
How are your items packaged?
Wholesale orders are individually packaged in simple clear cello bags or tagged with simple branding.
November 1st to mid-January is incredibly busy for the retail side of my business. Please avoid the last-minute rush by placing your wholesale orders by the end of October.
To remain a Brazed Brand reseller and to maintain brand integrity, you must sell direct to your consumer. For all online sales, websites must be owned and operated by your company. Selling Brazed Brand’s items in the following ways is prohibited: Selling on third-party sites (Amazon, Etsy, Ebay, Daily Deal Sites, etc.), drop-shipping sites (Buy.com, Overstock.com, etc.), classified sites (Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, etc.), as well as selling in bulk to B2B accounts, or other wholesalers. Some metal jewelry items will be discretely hallmarked with my maker’s mark. If you do not require branding for your order (earring display cards, bracelet tags or stickers) please let me know. I will ship your order without these branded materials.
Returns, Damages, and Repairs
Your satisfaction, as well as your customers' satisfaction, is extremely important to me. If you notice any damage to items due to shipping or other defect, please contact me immediately and we can arrange for replacement of the damaged items.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the piece(s), please contact me immediately and we can discuss the nature of your concerns so that I can work with you to ensure that you are completely satisfied.
I create each piece with care prior to shipping to you, and I am confident you will find my items to be of the highest quality and workmanship.
Due to the handcrafted nature of each piece, and because many pieces involve natural gemstones, there will be slight variations in color & size. This is not considered a defect and simply confirms that my jewelry is not manufactured.
