No, I'm sorry. I'd really like to meet you. But, my studio is not set-up as a showroom. Please shop with me here on my website or at https://www.etsy.com/shop/BrazedBrand

{So, exactly how long will it take for my order to arrive?}
All of my items are ready to ship out within 48 hours. Domestic orders should arrive shortly after shipping. International orders can take any where from 2 weeks to 6 weeks to arrive.

{How much is shipping to a USA address?}
USA Buyers: Your item will ship via either via USPS First Class Mail for $6 (3-7 days for delivery), Priority Mail for $10 (3-5 days for delivery) or $25 via Express Mail (1-3 days for delivery).

EVERYWHERE ELSE: PLEASE CONTACT ME FOR A QUOTE. I do declare the full price paid on items in packages that go through customs. Import duties, taxes and charges are NOT included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are your responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be PRIOR TO purchasing an item. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up. I will NOT mark merchandise values below their true value or mark items as gifts. It is illegal to do so.

{What should I do if my item arrives damaged?}
If you receive a defective item please email hello@brazedbrand.com within 3 days for replacement information. All unauthorized returns will be refused.

{I am ordering a product as a gift. What are my options?}
If you're ordering an item as a gift and would like me to send it directly to the recipient - please let me know ASAP. I'd also be happy to include a handwritten note with your personal message.

{Do you wholesale?}
I sure do! I am always looking to partner with boutique owners, hotels, museums and brick & mortar shops. I would be happy to tailor your wholesale order to a collection that would work well for your business. Contact me at hello@brazedbrand for more information.

{What are your hours?}
My online shop never closes. But, I only process orders and respond to emails Monday-Friday from 9am to 4pm CST. My weekends are for my family. So, please understand I will respond to you on Monday. Oh, and I'm off on Holidays too.

{Any final words?}
Yes, I kindly ask that you remember that I am a one woman operation specializing in HANDMADE products. I try very, very hard to avoid making mistakes. But, on the rare occasion that I have a slip up, please let me know. I’d like to correct the problem asap. Again, my goal is to make sure you are 100% happy with your ordering experience.

One last, last thing: Handmade products will vary from item-to-item. The slight variances and character marks are not to be considered a defect. That is just part of the process of creating handcrafted (not machine-made) items.
